“How Our Plans Work”
Every AI agent and automation we build is available on two different plans. Here is exactly what each one includes, so you know precisely what you are getting before you decide.
“Overview”
We offer two ways to get an AI agent or automation built for your business. A monthly plan where we build, host, and maintain everything for you, or a one time build where the entire product is handed over to you, fully owned by your business.
Both options get you the same quality of work. The difference is who owns what, where it runs, and how the ongoing costs are structured. Read through both below to see which one fits your business better.
“Monthly Plan”
With the monthly plan, we build and run the agent for you. Think of it as a service you subscribe to rather than a product you own outright.
What this includes:
The agent, the server it runs on, and the database are all owned and managed by AJ Expeditors. You do not need to worry about hosting, technical upkeep, or infrastructure. We take care of all of it.
Your business connects the agent to the platforms you use (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or your website), and it starts working right away.
What you are responsible for:
Any third party APIs the agent needs to function (for example, WhatsApp Business API or similar services) are set up under your own account, and you pay those providers directly. AJ Expeditors does not charge for or manage these API costs.
How the payment works:
There is a one time advance fee at the start, which covers onboarding and implementation, building and setting up the agent for your business. Once the agent is deployed and live, your monthly subscription begins. This is billed in advance each month.
What the monthly fee covers:
Your monthly payment covers the subscription to use the agent, along with ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support to keep it running smoothly.
Pricing note:
The starting price is based on a single platform. If you want the agent active on more than one platform (for example, WhatsApp and Instagram together), the price increases based on how many platforms are connected.
If you ever cancel:
If you decide to cancel your subscription, the agent will stop running, since it operates on our server and infrastructure. However, your business data collected up to that point remains completely secure and is never used anywhere else. We will safely deliver a full backup of your data to you, so nothing is lost even after the plan ends.
“One Time Build”
With the one time build, we build the entire agent or automation specifically for your business, and hand it over completely. Once delivered, it belongs to you.
What this includes:
The complete product is built for your business and fully owned by you once handed over. This includes ownership of the database as well.
What you are responsible for:
You will need to purchase and manage your own server, since the agent will be built and deployed directly on infrastructure that belongs to you. Any third party APIs the agent requires are also set up and paid for directly by you.
What the one time fee covers:
You pay a single project amount for the complete build. This includes the first month of maintenance at no extra cost, so you have time to make sure everything is running the way you expect.
After the first month:
If you would like continued maintenance and support after the first free month, it is available at 15 percent of the total project amount, billed monthly. This is entirely optional. Since you own the full product, you are also free to maintain it independently or bring in your own team if you prefer.

“A Few Things Worth Knowing”
Switching from Monthly to One Time later
If you start on the monthly plan and later decide you want full ownership through a one time build, that is possible. Since the agent would need to be rebuilt on your own server and infrastructure, this is treated as a new build, and priced accordingly.
What Maintenance Actually Covers
Maintenance on both plans means keeping the agent running smoothly. This includes monitoring performance, fixing issues, and making sure everything continues to function as expected. It does not automatically include building new features or expanding the agent’s scope, those are treated as separate additions and quoted individually.
Your Data Stays Your Data
Regardless of which plan you choose, your business conversations, leads, and customer information are never shared with any other client or used outside the purpose of running your agent.
Response Time
If something goes wrong with your agent, we aim to respond and resolve issues promptly as part of the maintenance included in both plans. Specific response timelines can be discussed during your consultation based on your plan
